Email Procedure with QA

Hi Team,

Following the email sent on Tuesday, our admissions team are still receiving a lot of emails from agents. Please do forward this email to the rest of your team and confirm that they need to follow the below procedure when emailing QA.

I just wanted to confirm once again that all new applications and queries need to be sent to the QAHE.MENA inbox and not to our admissions team (qahe.admissions@qa.com). When emails are sent direct to the admissions team it causes duplicate emails which creates more work and ultimately slows the turnaround time that we can provide for you. You can continue to copy myself and the rest of the team to emails where you see necessary however please do not send to or copy the admissions inbox to these emails so we can continue to deliver great service levels for you.
